Is Allmata safe to connect to my books and accounts?
Everything starts read-only. You choose what each role may read, every change is a card you approve, and money or irreversible actions need a second confirm. Every action is logged with how to undo it.
Will it do anything without asking me?
No. In the beginning, every change waits for you. Later, for a kind of task it has done right many times in a row, Allmata may offer to let it run on its own, and only you can switch that on.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Every AI call runs with no-training and zero-retention settings. Your company Brain is private memory that Allmata looks up when it works; it is never used to train a model.
Do I have to replace my software?
No. Allmata works inside the tools you already use. Your books stay in your books system, tickets in your help desk, ads in your ad accounts. Allmata is the team that works in them.
I run several companies. Does that work?
That's who it's built for. Each company gets its own roles, its own data and its own Brain, and you switch between them, or see them all, from one place.
How much does the AI cost?
Your trial includes $10 of AI work. Every plan includes a monthly AI amount: $15 on Starter, $50 on Pro, $150 on Founder. Beyond it, you pay the provider's cost plus 20%, and every run shows both numbers. Work pauses at your included amount unless you raise your monthly cap.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Invite people to a company and give them only the roles they need. Their corrections teach those roles too.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically, because we never asked for a card. Pick a plan if you'd like to keep your team working. Your data stays yours either way.
